All items sold here are digital eBook access plans. Access is granted immediately after a successful purchase.
Refunds
Because access is delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience a technical problem accessing your library, contact us and we'll make it right — either by restoring access or issuing a refund where appropriate.
Billing
Each plan grants access for the Duration you selected (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). Plans do not auto-renew unless stated at checkout.
Fair use
Access is for personal use. Please don't share your access credentials publicly.
